What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling.
The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client's personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.

What is A Life Coach?
A life coach is a partner who is most interested in one thing: your success. A life coach is neither a therapist nor a consultant — a coach provides an ongoing, supportive relationship that brings out your best in both your business and personal life

Coaching vs. Counseling
Traditional therapy involves spending a lot of time determining what went wrong,
and how you got into the rut you are in by exploring childhood issues, etc.
While at times this can be useful.
As a coach, I feel it is more important to identify and focus on current issues and be an objective partner who observes, supports and identifies ways to improve my clients overall performance, by helping my clients go from living an ordinary life to living an extraordinary abundant life. I will develop an ongoing partnership, based upon trust in a nonjudgmental environment. I coach and focus my attention on my clients achieving their goals.
